1. Introduction
This Terms of Use (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("user" or "you") and HOMILEN and its affiliates (collectively, "HOMILEN", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access and use of all HOMILEN websites, applications, and services that reference or link to this Agreement.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING HOMILEN'S SERVICES. By creating an account, accessing our websites or applications, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. To access certain features of HOMILEN's Services (including but not limited to www.homilen.com, HOMILEN mobile applications, and related services across our automotive electronics and kitchen appliance divisions), you may need to create a user account.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during account creation and use of HOMILEN's Services is current, complete, and accurate. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We accept your offer when we dispatch the product and send you shipment confirmation.
5.2 Returns & Refunds
If not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. After 30 days, warranty terms apply.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMILEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
11. Consent to Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from HOMILEN regarding your account, purchases, and promotional materials. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultations within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17.3 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and HOMILEN regarding our services.
